The Hagia Sophia had 2 minarets in 1511 but the developers felt because it was such an iconic design they added the 4 of today.

After being there last week, I noticed that the game has so many incorrectly thigs. Especially with the morphology of Istanbul and the scale of Topkapi Palace site. But in the end it is not a big deal as long as all the old assassin's creed games had delivered great information on architecture and history of many different cities. Thanks for the video.
