How can i partially hide the lowpoly? I want to retopologize the inner part of the pants, but I can't see anything.

Im struggling to batch export all my low poly's with correct naming conventions from topogun to bring into my UV'ing software. Is there an efficient way to do this instead of one at a time. Also when I delete mesh it deletes all my mesh's, not the one I wanted to delete.

Very powerful software! But the UI is really horrible in some ways... There's no shortcut for front/top/side view, no "zoom to mouse position"... But the WORST THING is that there's no "rotate around selection" option! So working in this program just gets really, really frustrating..... These options should be ESSENTIAL to a 3D program.

Zooming and rotating around the mouse position/current selection can be done with the Frame Selected and Frame All commands, found in the View menu. Please consult the documentation for more information.
