As he said they have to work till the branch closes, so few branches close even at 9:30/9:45 where work pressure is high. So you have to work 12hr/13hr straight.

IDBI is not worth it. , my brother cracked IDBI last year but left after 2 months to prep for regulatory bodies bcoz of work pressure & non home state posting, no work life balance.

Question--Agar chahiye hogi to idbi management NOC aaram se issue kr degaya ya nhi? Question---Abhi jo aur forms aayenge usme hum logo ko idbi ka experience show krna hain ya nhi??

Karlo join bhai. Mai bhi kar raha hu. Ha NOC de denge IDBI wale Aram se. Aur PO ke interviews me kuchh jyada padhna nahi padega, job related questions me hi kam ho jayega.
