I’m so glad I found this channel. This is the show. They do An excellent job showing the property, the neighborhood and amenities for the properties. I don’t know the Philippines that well so I really appreciate it when they show the overhead shots and maps. The best part is Bien, she is a really good presenter. I'll admit I like the idea of penthouse or large condo thats 2-3 levels. The prices compared to what I am use to in America are dirt cheap. What gives me pause after watching dozens of these videos is the bathrooms and the kitchens. They are awful from the layouts to the appliances to the counters and the floors and don't get me started on the cabinets. I wonder if I was to buy a condo there is it possible to get something thats under construction and have it built to my standards. I guess id have to go down there see whats being built and go from there.

Because they envision the maid cooking not you. When the owner is cooking openly. When the maid is cooking the kitchen h s to be hidden or enclosed. This is also why it h s access to the maids quarters.
