Why this Mckinley Hill Home is a Better Buy than BGC • Presello House Tour 325

The only comment I noticed whenever there's an occupied houses for sale. The owners of the house should consider it is a "House Tour" so the team will roam around the house to feature each rooms why they need to locked up the doors. And their pets should be removed for just a second. I don't know Filipinos wants to sell their Properties but they're inconsiderate. Money can't buy being professional.

Low IQ detected. First of all, the owner doesn't have to do what you're expecting cause people who can afford this house doesn't sit around and watch KZbin. Second professionalism does not required to please people like you. When you talk about professionalism make sure your definition of professionalism guarantee you that you'll be able to even buy the first floor of that house. People like you always think that you're better from those people who have 320 million house .

The master bedroom's walk-in closet area kind of looks like an open portal to a parallel multiverse. It is, as you said- seemingly vast and endless, like it could go on forever. Probably the only thing I'd swap out is the chandeliers. Never really been a fan of them, as they remind me too much of the era of French lords and ladies, and the old Palace of Versailles.

I like the low rise condos on McKinley Hills over the sky scrapers in BGC. MHV is quieter than BGC which is a big plus. There is much more to do in BGC but it is only a 10 minute drive. Nice home but at 6.4 million USD, I would move to Beverly Hill or Malibu CA on the beach.

Maybe they love reading books and maybe their other books was about history or in school subjects, storys, dictionary etc,,,it's usually normal though for other people that have many book but if you don't like it you can restock it on box or put it on other shelves or other storage etc,,,😁
