@@Jonesyful10 its not just seravelli bud. Your gm literally confirmed that you're shopping him and that was on june 28th. Its all been reported by multiple sources that the rangers have been zegras's preferred spot for years. Zegras is from NY and he grew up supporting the rags. The fear is.....when hes a UFA in 2 years. Its speculated he might leave and goto NY to be closer to home. He's also apparently really good friends with kreider.....BTW IM NOT A RAGS FAN. im js.

Mmm, he’s projected to be their 2nd line LW, and he’s capable of slotting in nicely there. Even if you break it down throughout the year and linemates, he usually finds himself on the 2nd. However, he has been shuffled around, and there’s a reason. The Flyers are weird (in so many ways). They’ve got many talented wingers all not too far from one another in ability, but not much else going on at any other position. On top of that, quite a few can swing between left and right without an issue. Right now, Farabee is projected on the 2nd line with Frost and Michkov, but Foerster has the potential to go back and forth with him. Depends. He’s raw yet. Then again, if they want to round out scoring, even Tippett could be moved off of the first line. Those are their top 3 guys who will play LW. Tippett, Farabee, and Foerster. It’s kind of a mix n match situation going either way whomever gels with one another. Tippett has the most talent, but there really isn’t a wide gap between the three of them as far as potential. He’s 24. He’s shown he works well when actually paired with talent. His team is probably even holding him back a little. If he’s a 50 point guy, $5m/year is nice value through his prime. He’d contribute just fine on Buffalo’s top 6.

@@Sabres1970 first off, I should clarify that I’m coming from a Flyers fan’s perspective. Don’t wanna deceive you there. However, I was kinda looking at Buffalo as a potential trade partner for a bit. I’m not sure if it works as well now as it did before. Philly wants centers and defense. Prospects welcome. Picks are always good, too. Jesus, they have most likely 6 in the first 50 next year, three in each of the first two rounds. With the shape the team is in, they’ll happily take more. As for wing, they’re already in okay shape. No reason to let Farabee go and get a wing in return. Unfortunately, the guy Philly woulda loved woulda been Savoie. That’s why I wonder if it may not look as promising as it did recently. Although I dunno if he projected to move to wing or not as a pro. You tell me. Moot, I suppose. He’s gone. I think a lot of this is going to come down to their negotiations with Konecny. If things don’t look like they are in place for TK long term, I think Philly would just assume keep Farabee. If TK signs long term, then Bee would be easier to pry away. We’ll have to see how far apart the two are in negotiations.

@hesh8367 I believe the flyers are targeting Sammy from us. I don't think GMKA wants to part with him. When healthy, he is a defensive defenseman. Shot blocker , kind of physical but responsible in his own zone. Him being hurt, the last 2 seasons really hurt our playoff chances along with Quinn.

You can just shut up about the McLeod trade. Do some freakin research and look at the Sabres prospect pool. Maybe that’s the criticism, the lack of diversity in their drafting. They needed a guy like McLeod and had other prospects somewhat similar to Savoie!

I’ve never said that adding McLeod was bad, he will help their bottom 6. But in my opinion you don’t give up a high ceiling offensive player like Savoie for a bottom 6 guy. They needed a guy like McLeod. Now that out of the way you don’t start a conversation with “shut up about the …” Maybe learn to have a mature conversation. Share your opinion, tell me you think I’m wrong that’s all fine but is it too much to ask to have a respectful conversation?

no thanks on nylander. he has 15 decent games and suddenly he's the answer to all our problems, when the rest of his career tells us he's a massive bust? we've been through this before. rem pitlick. rafael harvey-pinard. nylander too is a fringe player. let the leafs try him out. he can play with his brother. we're better off starting joshua roy on L2, or seeing if we can get josh anderson going. sprong could get us 20 goals, but he is a MASSIVE defensive liability. there's a reason he's one and done everywhere he goes. in 25-26, we'll have demidov in one of the top 6 spots.
