Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Beschreibung aus zwei Perspektiven! Ich war fast bereit das Geld zu investieren - in dem Fall für den Ablauf "Umgreifen und einhändige Rückhand" - aber da geh ich lieber an die Wand. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du bei weiteren Videos, aus deiner Sicht *sinnvolle* Trainingshilfsmittel für Spieler zeigen und beschreiben würdest.

Hi. Ja, nur der Nachteil an der Ballwand ist dass du unter Zeitdruck arbeiten musst. Das ist halt der große Vorteil des Topspin Pro.

Hi, ja - könnte man meinen ist aber nicht so. Man kann da schon ganz gut durchschwingen, sofern man auch den Topspin berücksichtigt. Natürlich hat das alles auch seine Grenze, die Schlaggeschwindigkeit ist aber zum Lernen des Bewegungsablaufs erstmal nebensächlich.
