Awesome tips will begin working on them ASAP and I got a empty box from Amazon that will work perfectly lol... I struggle with hitting the ball into the net on weak shots as I rush in I’m a really aggressive player also struggle with taking pace off a ball that’s hit to me when I’m in the service box

For someone with a one handed backhand, even though most of these are applicable, would you tweak anything about the preparation, especially to switch between drive/block return if on time or slice if late?

Smashed the Like button... What about the mental part of RoS? Can you do #4 drill to talk about recognizing the serve as early as possible, and then where you're aiming the return. I think this is the part of the RoS I'm weakest at because I'm completely in 'react' mode. Thanks in advance.
