I personally think moderate and healthy comparison to others may help you sometimes to start doing productive things, they make you feel pressured because you know that you're not doing what you have to do, but it shouldn't be the only or the main reason to achieve a certain goal as you will only feel better or worse than others, wich is stupid and this video explains it really well, I loved it! I've discovered by myself wtf I was doing with my life and I've finally realized that I was doing nothing. Self-discipline and being productive are really the best things you can do in life. You'll feel much better than playing and I'm sure that you felt good when something you put effort on got a good result, or when you finally understood how to do certain thing or when you got better on something, just keep them up!Learn new things everyday! The more you learn, the more you exercise, the more you take care of yourself, I'm sure you will feel much better than playing all the time.

It's all an illusion and distraction. Think on the positive prospectives and be grateful for the good that's happening. You are safe, healthy, and Provisions on every hands is provided for you. Say It over and over until your subconscious believer's it to manifestation.

Comparing is good, everything is good, it all depends on how you use it. If you compare to get discourage then don't do it, but if you compare so that you'll get encourage go do it. I always do it I always look for someone better and compare to see what is the difference between us until I became as good as him/her then find another person to compare to.

To all talking about lack of motivation, Motivation is temporary so don’t wait and do nothing until you ‘find’ motivation. Discipline is the key. Without discipline, you will just make excuses to be lazy. ‘Lack of motivation’ means ‘Lack of discipline’ too, don’t look for motivation. Look for a goal, have the discipline to achieve it.

Honestly #3 is rubbish. You have to compare to someone else. You are compared to other people everyday. Everytime you do something good someone will go "Yea I did something like that except better" E.g. I went for a 5k run yesterday and they will reply with "Yea I did 100k the day before as well". I am pretty sure if you mention to someone that you have a KZbin channel with 1.42M subscribers, that person will say oh yea Ive got a friend with a channel too and they have 100M subscribers.. When you go for a job you are compared with others. When you try to get a girlfriend shes going to assess others and compare them to you before deciding. Its inevitable.. I don't know how you can just say don't do it ..

Self-belief & genuine pride, check. Developed intrinsic confidence, yup. Comparisons to other people, don’t do that. That’s stupid & definitely says that that person has underlying insecurities. Personally I could care less what other people have & I don’t ever feel like I’m lacking or inferior than someone else because of that, how they look, successes, accomplishments, etc. That’s not to say that One feels superior to another either. If they do that a whole other beast that needs dealt with. Slay it. To be too interested in other people’s lives is actually quite a waste of time especially for the wrong reasons. To do so is completely retarded. Lacking focus on your own life can be quite detrimental. Not to say that everyone should be completely self-involved but it can definitely be necessary sometimes when one may endeavor on a goal or goals. That’s just how it goes sometimes & that should be respected. Focusing on one big thing at a time is definitely best, it’s kinda like when you’re dating someone or in a relationship. You take that seriously & you focus on the priorities & the little things. May not be perfect but definitely go for excellence. When you actually find that you are a person who actually celebrates someone else’s successes instead of becoming jealous, you’re actually a lot better of a person. I probably shouldn’t laugh at people who worry about what other people are doing, what they have & stuff but it is pretty funny. Just shows that they as well as all people have inner work to do. If you spend your life chasing money & things then you definitely should rethink what’s more important. People, experience & knowledge. Facebook can be one of the biggest wastes of time depending upon what you’re actually spending time reading or looking at. I’d suggest quit looking at it unless for business purposes if necessary & do old skool social networking. Nobody really cares what you had for dinner or that you’re up at midnight paying a bill. Wow you had food, good for you, how about those that went without dinner tonight? Good for you, you can pay your bills, how about the neighbor down the road who’s struggling to pay their mortgage & is about to lose their home? Seriously, why do people post stupid stuff like that? People can be so annoying sometimes. Interestingly enough we all should be continuing to learn, but what you’re learning about really says something about you. If you’re more worried about what other people are doing with their own lives other than your own something is definitely wrong there. Don’t ever try to be like someone else be yourself unless you’re an asshole then you should probably try being like someone else. I’m definitely not perfect but I can be a bit rude sometimes, at least I can admit that. Personally, I like animals more than most people. Haha That’s why I laughed my ass off when someone thought they were gonna be the next me. Flattered not really. That’s hilarious. Baaahahaa Please, get over yourself & mind your business if you ain’t gonna actually be authentic & appropriate. I found it absolutely hilarious that between this video their was an ad about some guy talking about how people are watching all these videos on how to get rich instead of doing something & showing off all his cars & saying, “I don’t mean to call you an idiot but you’re not too smart.” That’s exactly what’s wrong with some people, some people think they’re cool because in their minds they’re ‘successful’ when not everyone bases true success on monetary wealth. Boom. Level the fuck up, people. And if failure tries to come knocking, you just yEll don’t you see the no soliciting sign, get off my damn property. I ain’t buying what you’re selling. Hahaha
