I hate entering a cold shower but once I'm done with it I feel so fresh.......... But what makes cold showers amazing?

yes, I agree with you because cold showers it's so beneficial but not for me, I have rhinitis and it's so terrible for my nose.

1. Define your Purpose (Ask yourself “What makes today valuable to me?”) 2. Tolerate Discomfort (Face small discomforts to strengthen resolve!) 3. Deconstruct Catastrophes (You can handle it!) 4. External Empowerment (Help others for motivation!) 5. Remember your Dailies (Alter small habits to sustain you!) 6. Survive the Slumps (You don’t have to make leaps and bounds everyday.) 7. Self-Forgiveness (Reflect on mistakes, but don’t cry over spilt milk.)

The only thing i couldn't agree is working out of your office hours, that is because we have only one life to enjoy and if we give 1 hour extra each day it makes 24 hours a month and almost 300 hours a year. When you get old you will lament that giving an extra hour every day didn't actually make you happy, and it hardly made any difference. Instead you could have spent an hour extra with your loved ones... 😇

couldn't agree more! Not all of us are so lucky to be healthy, have a good job, money, family and friends. Some of us are sick up to the point that on some days they can barely move, unemployed, poor, living in small room, and are without family or friends ... their goals and lifestyle look particularly different from those who are healthy and employed ...
