I have a particular opinion on arguing lol. Arguing is not healthy... it effects very negatively on your nerves and on a person you talking to. Which leads to horrible diseases. Even if theres differences in opinions or views on things.. there should be love always or self blockage (not letting sicko effecting your nerves) if you trying to fix a sick evil human. May LORD JESUS bless you all, guys.. you are all kind and smart people. I know it.

It is important to note that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to becoming "smarter." However, there are several habits that have been shown to improve cognitive function and overall brain health. These include: regular exercise, getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, staying mentally and socially active, managing stress, avoiding alcohol and tobacco use, and continuing to learn and challenge oneself. While these habits may not make one "smarter" in the traditional sense, they can certainly improve overall brain function and cognitive abilities.

We need a needle to change blood temperature Intelligence is when the blood goes from the feet back up the leg or the hands back up the arm All the chemicals that make us smart goes to the hands and feet and in most cases stay there and doesn't go back up our body because they weigh too much When people do breathing they are controlling their blood temperature which is why breathing is used for body temperature regulation in extreme weather conditions Only a needle to change blood temperature will make people smart without having to do strenuous routines like breathing Do breathing takes a lot of mental focus . Breahjng is when oxygen pushes blood Changing blood temperature pushes blood , also it makes the chemicals in your feet and hands rise when breathing can't

The roots of genius intellect take hold at birth, by the time kids start kindergarten we can already tell who's different. Genius and talent come from nowhere for no reason at all and it cannot be learned or created through habits. It's an aptitude thing not an attitude thing.

It's the weekend. Go back to sleep. Go back to sleep. People don't sleep-in on Saturdays anymore. It's just too much jabbering on a Saturday morning. Hush up. I am still sleeping.
