Two important tips that should be considered. -Medal of honor re a huge boost at the start of EL. I kept many from the previous EL. By completing honour achievement, you get wonder stones and it brings you closer to the extra march faster. -Eternal signets should not be spent on anything you can get easily in other events OR anything that will not get you a long term advantage (The new gold catalyst reward is one of those). Now a word of the wise (it feels so pretentious): I always have been on losing servers with EL. I have been mistreated, kicked, abused, burned to a handful of units BUT I always, always always got at least 80% of EL rewards. Do not give up, be nice to everyone even if some players are bullies and you may be surprised how much help from other servers you may get to complete achievements.

Yeah, the only case I almost missed some solo tasks at EL (vals not included) was when my server got in a civil war Solo tokens requires simply collaboration and planning

Thank you for the video Timmy. Last EL I finished second, beginning EL with only 99 vit cap, had to buy like 1 week the daylies vit pack till 19.99 😂 got surrounder by a whale. But this time I saved like 400+ vit cap sinds this EL so I think I'm ready to have a good place 👀 (goal is 1st this time🤭)

For those wondering about my source, I hold medals since 5 ELs and tech speedups since 2, so I'm 100% sure they actually stay. They are in my inventory right now after almost a year of rusting there ;) I'm unsure if +0 can be used to get units *in inventory* : we can with regular +0, but UD-limited +0 required space in the base. (It should be easy to verify before investing in excess +0.) Disclaimer : tech speedups are weird, as when mods were asked explicitely about those, they answered that tech speedups dissepears as indicated in their description... which isn't actually indicated, and they actually don't dissepear. So AFAIK, the description is binding and (for now at least) it's a really easy-to-miss special case. Note that it is *not* ambiguous for ancient tokens and coins : if you check the icon in the store, the tooltip explicitely say they can be used during the next EL. (But rules-as-written, they could stop doing ELs and not convert them...) As far I know the only time devs did a similar promise is with Cobra collab items. They have an history of using really, really ambiguous communication to mislead players, so it's refreshing that for once they clearly guarantees something.

I cant wait for this years EL. This is by far the best matchmaking ever. All 8 servers are pretty much equal matched. I know everything can change with the transfers. They should change that so the matchmaking is done after transfers

Really nice to see orange blueprint in there. Because remember that even in cupid you need vip 8 to obtain blueprint lol otherwise you won't get it (atleast that's what I remember from support's answer) They have brought kartz trial with some small but important changes and I'm really impressed because earlier I wasn't satisfied enough but now I'm happy with it. For example very high march speed for towers, placement trials, new theme, 10 attempts (which is very useful), difficult enemies and most importantly you get reward even if you lost your attack which is motivation factor against such monster level enemies lol. Hopefully they continue to do such good work

Top 200 for 10 tokens is impossible with thr new el match making. There are like 3 to 4 big servers. Which makes it almost impossible to compete for first 200. It should be first 200 for each server. Not for all 8 servers. Thanks for your informative video

You mean the normal ruins on the map. This must be generally split and rotating between the alliances of a server. To be fair. Each server will reach this state , just like also agreeing internal KE is more damaging to the server then giving players an advantage. Regarding EL. It’s still a issue as EL is design as SvS type of event , yet not all alliances of this server get the rewards the server achieved in EL

1:50 All people I asked told me that Cupid only adds the Gold Plan to the roaster if you have Vip 8 or more. If that's true, then cupid is NOT a free-to-play option, are you sure it's possible for VIP0s to even have it in the drop list? [EDIT] I don't agree that EL is a Server vs Server event, *everything* is designed to allow an alliance to betray the main one. That's part of why a winning server is not 100% sure of the result. Maybe it should be pure SvS but that's never how I approached it for now.

The matchmaking is horrible. My server 736 is going through a player crisis. We have lost 3 Billion CP already and many of our whales. Originally our 591, 1313 and 935 matchup could’ve been good but now we are in major trouble and our entire campaign is now down to placement. Very sad.

When the matchmaking happened we had 3 7 Billion CP alliances, we now have 1 6 Billion alliance. We stand no chance

They should really change the Valhalla achievement. It shouldn't be the case that you need to use your own server. They should replace that achievement with something more useful.

They could remove it. There's literally no way to "fairly" reward vahalla destruction, that's like trying to reward MMs in SvS : the point of both of those mechanics is to prevent "reasonable" attacks in the first place.

Don't you think the matches are ridiculous? So there is no proper matching according to CP (there is a maximum of 80M CP other than 2798), when EL comes we will face 2798 (dosar) and this will be an easy victory for them because there is no opponent against them... TY Topwar :)

EL was dragged forward and they decided : match making announcement + possibility to transfer before EL stars. I didn’t agree with this method . It was an emergency decision from them …there will be 2-3 good implementations right after EL…to buy them the time to finish this small group battle events which would be far better calibrated
