Moving out of the stock market due to fears of a bubble burst could be a wrong move, Instead, look for pockets within sectors that can help you to balance both growth and value or sometimes it's even better you speak to someone more enlightened to understand options best meant for you, I did the same myself, it paid off.

CG Power used to trade at Rs 500 some 15 yrs back, it crashed due to its original promotor who did financial mismanagement. Murugappa bought this and after that this company started turning around.

It may be used regression analysis for predict the future stock price by using 2 variables, whereas the market operates much more variables. That's why you found and rreported different values in predicted values. They don't considered future economic projections, demand and supply and other factors. FYI, when Murugappa bought CG power it was loss making company and made in short duration profit making company thus stock price sky racket to High. The value shows too high but you are not analyzed intrinsic value of the stock for reasonable range and along with relative valuation and, If you reported along with book value/net asset value, , intrinsic value, using cash flow to equity holders and cash flow to firm then it makes more good. Good choice selecting the company as Sun rise.

Ultimately Tata Investments is a Holding company being valued at 80+ PE just because one of its subsidiary will be the Chip Manufacturing entity is forward valuations too much in future..Chip entity will also start with extremely high debt so the ROI will take time...CG power isn't cheap as well but a direct play into Chip making..still the FOMO around Semiconductor/chip making should also look into the fact that not all Semiconductor stocks have given great returns NVIDIA has run mostly due to GPU API play else other have struggled to match NVIDIA even Intel is far behind now..
