I remember this one coming out, and even as a teenager being absolutely terrified. This version of Death is the one that sticks with me. The writer of this story also wrote the Impossible Planet/Satan Pit, so Matt Jones' only Who contributions are Death and the Devil. Like goddamn man

It's been so long since I watched Torchwood I can't remember the specific story beats, but I always remember that middle of season 2 is when Owen had this amazing change of character that took him from insufferable to actually likeable and I loved that they did that.

Dont know if you will see this but I know you are farther ahead-on patreon, but a way I have seen to avoid spoilers is by the youtuber “Wee Lass Reacts” which she tells her audience to post fake spoilers in the comments so there isn’t a clear line of what is a real spoilers and a fake spoiler. Since Doctor who and Torchwood are those types of shows which anything can happen i think it is a good strategy. Have a great day!

So, Owen is dead. And he's sticking around. Yeah, it's kinda a unique approach for a television show. And honestly, I sorta found Owen uncomfortable to watch from this point on. Because he is dead, his body doesn't function, it's a really disturbing position for a character to be in.
