I like the song and her performance was very nice but I still don't understand why she never performs the song with guitars. On the Album and Single Version of the song, the guitars combined with the piano make the song incredibly beautiful. It surprises me that she doesn't at least have an acoustic guitar to accompany the live performances of the song.

hehe, nothing wrong with that. The Tori fan base is often divided ;) What I like about this performance is that she hadn't developed certain habits picked up later in the tour. The piano is more basic, the extra percussion isn't there (I think it's better without). Even the vocals are slightly different. I think it works great stripped down like this. Although the first performance with the band, it remains my favourite.

Funny how tastes can differ, planetsound: I actually find it's the least captivating version of this song I have heard to date. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a bad performance, I just find it was somewhat flat.

It's the bass guitar that ruined it. And ruined her concentration too.

yeah your right lab... its not flowing very well with the bass being played like that... too heavy for sure
