GIVE ME A BREAK. Tori is every bit as awesome now as she was then. The stages of her songwriting is one of the most impressive in the history of modernngwriting. The entire album "Abnormally Attracted to Sin"shows me that her well of inspiration has not even come close to drying.Her earlier tunes were amazing,but I don't see where it has diminished at any point in her career. I think if her past self heard this song she would have a good laugh. Her piano playing in this song is awesome as usual.

Personally, I have only just disovered this artist a few weeks ago and so, unaffected by any nostalgia filters, I dare say that I have not noticed any such decrease in quality at all. Sure, she experimented with different styles, but would YOU want to do exactly the same stuff for 20 years?

Did you know this was about her nephew (the angel on Midwinter Graces). His mother was concerned of his sexuality. She thought Mary Jane was a girl and it was gonna fix his "confusion"
