There are lots of channels that do covers of songs with tabs. That is how i learned these songs. For solos there are sometimes videos of ppl showing it note by note. Or you can buy tabs online usually but I ahvnt and to do that for any popular songs they are usually just on yt.

@@itsshadow1870 yee but buying is interesting cuz many people play it diferent way you might buy version where you wont be able to play with current skills and might find online lesson for free woth diferent way of playing it and it will be easier for you watch Tina s tornado of souls that lick before fast picking in middle of solo she play in such an interesting and complex way that really not many even best guitar players going to pull off easily

@@craighenry9512 oh God idk what I'd choose for best metal solo. I listen to a lot of instrumental stuff where it's essentially one big solo so idk if that would count as a solo when it's an entire piece. From songs though I'd probably choose the best of times solo by dream theater.

It is a tough solo to learn. I am 3 quarters the way through learning it and I still get sloppy runs😮‍💨 lol, getting better everyday. And yes I agree this is the best metal solo ever written. Its melodic. The part that descends with 2 bends, c# to B on the 5th then the G on the 4th sounds beautiful....amazing really! Good job! That hard work has paid off

The best part of the vid is the hand simplifacation, you see alot of youtubers flashing and flayling the hand to make it look harder. When i was learing that song on guitar, that was the big thing i learned. Great job and keep rocking girl!

Playing the rythems i noticed you play it the same as i do with a mixture of down picking and double picking. I have a buddy who plays it with mostly down picking and we argue all the time about who plays it right. Lol

When somebody is trying to play this solo, I wanna hear the 4:17 tone. Marty is the mister to make the notes from the "wrong notes". And you can hear it. I saw Megadeth in 1995; I was at Marty's solo concert a few years later... You are doing it really well! Many people can make the solo almost correct (all those speed arpeggios and stuff), but this one bend is always the decision point if the solo is performed well. I think even Kiko didn't always put this one. I am really Friedman's "finesmacker". Arrival is my alarm clock for the last 20 years ...

I believe it is a finger roll and economy picked. Look into Eric Johnson and his 5 note runs. It would be similar just not as complex.
