Tornado Outbreak - First person perspective

Self explanatory. Runs the game in a somewhat functionable first person camera simply by replacing the tornado's Hex value with Zephyr. Turns out Zephyr and the tornado are directly tied with one another. When the Hex value for the tornado is swapped with Zephyr's, the game positions the camera within the near center of the tornado. I dunno really what to call the value, since it's not the actual Object ID that the game uses.
For the most part, the game is playable in this mode with the exception of levels that alter the position of the camera's angle such as the third zone of Military Mayhem and the first zone of Ringling Village.

Yep! For whatever reason, Xbox 360 port surprisingly can run at an unlocked framerate simply by setting the clock speed to 256 on Xenia. The game for the most part is stable in 60 FPS.
