I suspect this tank will perform better with an experimental mobility device since you can get reduced dispersion and a speed boost. Personally would probably drop vent for hardening just because I prefer the extra HP

Yeah, MM in terms of +/-2 distribution is absolute shit. Especially if u dont play meta tanks or actual trash tanks and u get tier X clownfest like every other game. I dont understand why it simply doesnt work with preferences. I dont believe its necessary to play most of the games as bottom tier if u play with 150k+ players on servers. But lets hope for better tomorrows, as WG recently said they working on MM...

Fun mechanic? Have you even played the Bisconte or the AMBT? If you have to dig deep in the mag due to the new meta of rush and spam you are literally out of the battle for nearly a minute. Single shot guns or more stable and not so much a 1 trick pony that stops running when you use it.

Toro is more like a medium tank. You have to use mobility to relocate so you do not get stuck at frontlines where you lose.

Lazer accurate tank that can clip a tier 8 heavy in 9 seconds. This can be better than it looks. Also pretty good gundepression. The only problem is that bisonte has similar damage potential and arguably better armor.

I hate that the Bisonte sometimes has the best armour and sometimes none at all if the enemies know where to shoot. And against tanks who have APCR as premium rounds the Bisonte generally falls apart.

i slapped experimental turbo on this thing, massively good to improve gun handling, then stabs and i play with hardering but some people prefer vents. tank feels okey to me

At 3 seconds between shots, by the time you aim and shoot the 3rd, the enemy either reloaded or is about to and depending on its gun, the trade might not be worth it. I think 2 shots, maximum, is what this tank should do in a peek a boo fight.

If you are a good player the first shell is fired immediately. That makes 3 shells in like 6.5 ish seconds, if you think you can get a third in that time (usually you can)

QB, did you forget that the Prog66 has the alternative choice of a 4-shot auto-reloader gun, which has better pen and accuracy but less alpha and DPM? I think the comparison with this other gun would have been more relevant. Overall it seems to indicate that either the 4-shots Prog66 needs a buff (serously, the Toro reloads the 4th shell faster than the Prog66 despite a higher alpha...), or the Toro is designed to be better than the Prog66. The only advantages of the Prog66 is that it will be more effective at working a ridge line and it has more HP, but it's worse in almost every other aspect.

My only issue with the Progetto 66 has nothing to do with the capabilities of the tank, but with its ROOF ! For some reason, I was getting overmatched maybe 1 out of 3 games , and it's a goddamn flat surface ! Using its gun depression, it was still somehow trapping the shots on the roof. Couldn't take it anymore, had to sell it.

I may be crazy, but as somebody who uses the 2nd 105mm gun on the Progetto 66 (which also has 4 shells when paired with the top turret for some reason) instead of the top 120mm gun due to it having better shell pen, I might like this tank, if I'm lucky enough to get it.

This is a great tank, which needs to be played carefully,and calculated..then and only then you can get a great deal of dmg...i managed tu boost it up to 2190 dpm..1 shell 10s. and last i think 15 or so..i have been playing with autoreloaders from day 1 and what i like in that kind of vehicle is how flexibile they are..only thing that i would like to be buffed is dpm..lets say 2400. no need for larger alpha or interclip reduced time..but thats only me:D Great video Quicky btw and yes i noticed a better aiming time then on bisonte and maybe progetto 66 all in all Toro has a good gun handling..

The Progetto 66 is one of my favourite tier 9 heavies. Always had been. But armor means nothing these days... Every baboon just presses 2 and goes straight through the turret. (on flat ground maps) But when you can get an a ridgeline its still awesome!

In my opinion, premium tanks like this are healthy for the game. They are not op at all but people can still make it work so you can enjoy it. It seems like the armor on the toro is quite alright so its logical to have a little weaker firepower. Otherwise it would turn out to be the next bz176.

I think they combined multiple different ideologies: the speed and gun of the progetto 54, a rear-turreted tank, and the progetto 66. It's fast for a heavy, just like the progetto 54, but it's got better armor, more closer to the progetto 66. The gun's low dmg for it's tier like the 54, but it's got more shells to compensate? And also it's rear-turreted for some reason. All in all, a very weird tank. Could be good? I can't say. (Cuz I'm not spending money on this game)

I don’t know man, the 2 tanks so far seem really powerful. I think this one’s a bit more balanced with the weak hull Armour and long reloads, but the contradictious is just verging on overpowered. 720 alpha in an instant with great armor is crazy, and that thing has some really solid rate of fire too.

got Toro and love it I dont shoo more then 1 or 2 shoots unless I can roll a tank out in a 1v1 aka if its around 1k hp i roll it out and kill it. most of the times its a 1 shoot max 2 if I traded HP to have worth trade of HP even tho if u are trading HP with this tank ur doing it wrong. Also something to consider is that side armor profile well u need to learn to play it reverse and even reverse sidescrape lol. Think its a good tank

One of my favorite vehicles is the Bisonte and I totally smash with that tank but I did not enjoy the Progetto 66... I could make the gun work but it didn't feel durable enough or like the armor worked well enough to fight other HT's.

Toro is very weak bad tank. T-832 has 1600 hp and this on tier 9 has 1760, pathetic. Dpm is bad, turret can be penned and has a huge cupola, upper plate and lower plate is pathetic and rear mounted turret sucks.

Those reload times relegate this vehicle to be shoved into the back of the garage to disappear under a 'reserve vehicle' tarp. No one sane would ever bother to clip dump with this thing unless the battle is already over. Then they f* off the crew so you can't shift them position for position.

Im not impressed by the toro, the armor is a bit situational, the rear mounted turret is annoying at a ridge and experienced enemies that can count your shells will all in you when u are deep, even when the toro reloads its alpha is so low

Battle pass tanks fall in a category of "Reward Tanks" there is no premium in their description so they dont make any extra credits or bonds like the tier 9 "Premium Tanks" do.

In continuation of what the previous person said, basically yes, this is a premium, reward tanks (battle pass tanks) aren't premiums they're acquired for the fun of playing them. This one acquires bonds and credits.
