Its been quite a while since my last video, hopefully this video is more exiting than the last! Took a long time to edit as well.
This is Toronto built 1:1 scale in Cities Skylines.Think I'm lying? Nope. I'm using many different Google maps images all stringed together to create a high resolution map of the city which I can overlay over the map to trace over the roads and such. Now keep in mind I'm not doing the entire city(I'm not that insane) But I am doing a large portion of it. Including don lands, Gardiner express way, North York, harbour area, financial district, chinatown and much much more. The version you see in this video is about 37% done. When finished the map will include all roads(with proper amount of lanes), satellite quality parks and green areas, realistic waterfronts, ALL buildings represented(the best the game will allow)Right now all buildings are place-holders until a real model is made. In addion to, actual bus, subway, and train routes and even real air plane approaches and shipping routes, and much much more. This is just a taste.
