Maybe we should remove a few more lanes for Bike lanes that are used by half a dozen cyclists for part of the year. That should help things. Not only that, lets keep making more streetcars lines rather than subways. That should help things also in the minds of Toronto council. Our city is run so poorly that the whole system should be gutted. The only thing Ford did right was reducing the amount of councilors but that didn't go far enough.

I love it when construction crews start work on the roads and then disappear for a few weeks so they can begin work on other locations. Why do they do that. Finish one location and then go to the next one.
