1) Apartment is spelled wrong in the video lol 2) Applies to renting only: Be careful, most real estate agents don't tell you about rent control. In all of these new buildings built after 2018, rent can increase by an unlimited amount every 12 months. The price that you see today is a teaser and it will likely drastically go up in a year. 3) Shout out to Dimitri from Dem and Ika's channel.

As a fellow Torontonian and lifelong renter, I am always curious to see what's out there in the marketplace, as well as having the opportunity to explore some buildings & neighborhoods with which I am less familiar. While I thank you for this content which was somewhat interesting, I am rather disappointed by several aspects of your video. I see someone has already pointed out the misspelling of APARTMENT in each of your unit tour titles which was quite irritating. Furthermore, although you begin to do so in the latter group of viewings, I don't believe you showed any bathrooms in the first few tours & as they are surely a very significant aspect of any unit they should ideally always be included in some detail. Lastly, by failing to specify rents or slightly more detailed locations, it is very difficult for viewers to get context. Obviously, similar apartments in different locales might have quite varying rents, so to compare value for cost, it is important to know where the unit is, as well as the rent requested. Unfortunately this material was not as useful as some other channels for either serious apartment hunters, or just the curious, but nonetheless I wish you all the best with your future endeavours.
