How is the sound proofing at infinity condos 25 lower simcoe? Can music sounds etc leak into other units easily or is it built solid?

It’s pretty decent from my experience, however it largely depends on your floorplan for that building. Some units closer to elevators actually share a wall with the shaft.

I would still say 21 Iceboat is a avoid. Cityplace has some middle tier options I would consider. Do you want me to make a more depth video on Cityplace?

hey dude, as of december 2021 the CMHC is insuring 36 lisgar. all other complaints are valid though. you can get insurance on the building though thats why prices kept going up.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to, I’ve never heard of that building in my life. Now this imaginary building that shall not be named, I know some banks still give it a hard time for financing. But it’s imaginary.

@@SamTorontoRealEstate it's fine now, the building was insured in december. if any of your clients ask about it insurance isnt the main issue with the building. lay out is still not great though and the units are small, those parts are still a con to the building.
