Thanks Mark for your short and nice presentation of the vibrant Toronto and its mosaic culture and history and also tasty cuisine. It is very convenient and efficient to include the maps. Good job, Mark!😊

Another gem of a video by Mark. Makes one hungry. I look forward to trying out some of these food hall options on my next visit to Toronto.

I just absolutely luv me some Italian food. Food halls offer the best variety that the whole family can enjoy 🎉🎉🎉

Yep exactly. We love the food halls when we have our kids in tow. They get chicken fingers and we get to try something interesting.

First Markham Place, Times Square, Midland/Finch, Commerce Gate are also really good spots for Asian food

I am Chinese, I like to go to the food court in Fairview Mall. I also go to the food court in Eaton Centre. Both food courts have vendors that sell Asian food. Both food courts are very very close to subway stations.

The commentary and video quality is very here. 👍I like how you mixed old favourites with the new spots.

@@skatingcanuck9837 oh no not all new footage. I meant it took me a long time to actually get to all of them. Probably over the course of a 18 months.

You can also take the GO train to Pacific Mall if you don't have a car in DT
@skatingcanuck98373 ай бұрын
Can you walk from the station or do mean the GO bus? I never go because I don't have a car.
@arvalan3 ай бұрын
@@skatingcanuck9837 Yeah, you can just walk to it. It should take about 5 minutes. Take the Stouffville Line to Milliken GO.

How about in the east? Durham region kinda thing. Like you said most of the good places are in the downtown core. Just thought I'd ask. How rude of me. Ya new guy here I just recently came across your channel. I plan to go back thru some of your older videos and looking forward to maybe finding a place get curried goat. It's got to be one of my favorite things. Side story years ago there was this little place in Niagara falls and it literally looked like a shed in the corner of a parking lot. The name of it was something Hut I can't exactly remember as it's been awhile. But ya absolutely best curried goat that I've ever had. I thought who better to ask then you. Fingers crossed you respond and even better if you have any suggestions!! I will wait patiently for your response 🤞😜👍🇨🇦

I like curried goat too but I can’t remember where or when I had it last. I know I’ve had it a few times. There’s lots of other places! East, West, North lol. Can’t get to them all.

The new St. Lawrence North Market needs something like 95 million dollars to finish. It is unlikely to open before 2025.

Oh well that’s not surprising to hear. That’s why I said “supposed to open…” lol. Thanks for the info.

Queen's Cross may be pretty on the surface and in a good location, but their food lacks any sort of soul or personality. Feels so commodified. Conveniently priced when you need it, but definitely not a culinary destination by any means
