Toronto Police were conducting an Emergency Run with Toronto Paramedics who were transporting a patient after an incident near King St W. and Dufferin St at the XO2 Condos Construction Site.

I assume you're talking about the lead car. Wdym "takedown lights"?

@@jamesmoran8294 0:18 It's activated on the lightbar of the FPIU leading the ambulance, takedown lights are bright white lights used to either illuminate a vehicle at a traffic stop or for scene lighting.
