Just remember who they game plan for. Grady can go for numbers but doesn’t keep it close enough and he is very up and down. Rj has a lot of attention right now and when he has off games we notice it more than quiet nights from other players. The fact is rj is still getting boards and isn’t targeted on defence.

First off, thank you! re: Gradey, Peja is a good comp, because he did have a similar scoring package. I think Gradey has a bit more burst in his game, but of course Peja was a lethal shooter (40% from 3 almost every season on great volume) and was a little taller. Food for thought! I'll have to think about it.

Scottie, IQ-RJ, Poeltl Gradey. Ochai - and it probably keeps his intensity up instead of random at times (atleast) lately. Don't Think u can bench RJ or IQ but u can pull them quick and lower the minutes hmm

Funny thing against lakers Grady tried to dunk on Bron for the highlight instead of the layup. He missed and after that was basically targeted the rest of the quarter. He probably had to defend most of the shots and got crushed by screens. Lol he will learn

I think let everyone play and rotate around - we are 2-10 now; Scottie, Kelly and Bruce aren’t back anytime; Quickley returned but doesn’t look the most comfortable . If there was ever a time to tank, this is the season to do it. I like Dick and his expanding packages **pause** and hope he doesn’t become our Duncan Robinson and is actually part of the longterm future

Love Barnes but he's not 6' 10". On the Raptors own site, he's listed as 6' 7" which means he's actually closer to 6'6" in bare feet.

@RaptorsReport I'll take the Raotors official site over the NBA. Google has him at 6'7" as well as ESPN, The Score, pretty much every site has him at 6' 7". These are all up to date as of today. If all these sites list him at 6'7" that almost always means in shoes. Hes more likely 6'6" in socks. Chris Boucher is listed as 6' 9". Look at them side by side you'll see Boucher is definitely taller than Scotty

In my nba 2k franchise. I had rj Barrett come off the bench and we won a ship. I agree I would start Gradey over him

Bench Barrett. His role is closest to Barnes. Feeling might be hurt, but that's what the money is for.

realistically, rj goes to bench.. but i doubt his ego will allow it.. so gradey goes to the bench.. his time will come.. maybe as soon as after the trade deadline.. rj = gradey when it comes to defense and gradey is a superior cutter, finisher and shooter..

This team has been so injured that it’s becoming unwatchable. (These videos help me keep up though!) I feel that it’s unfair to evaluate anyone at this time and may personally check out until Scottie is back or they win a game. Hopefully the latter happens first and soon.
