For a cheap all you can eat. You would expect only 3 or 4 variations of sushi so that people would quickly get sick of the same old. THAT PLACE IS A GOLDMINE for people who dig sushi.

It is common for horseradish with food dye to be used instead of real wasabi in many sushi restaurants in the US, Canada, Korea, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and more. In Asia, the eel (anago is ocean eel, unagi is river eel) is usually toasted, not deep fried. I think the ocean eel is lighter meat than the river eel. An Indonesian sushi chef told me that keeping the wasabi in an air tight squeeze container is critical and keeps it from going flat. Sushi is very cheap here in Thailand, my biggest challenge to date was eating Indonesian Eyeball soup. Regardz!
