Yes you do, boards are worn for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks or longer

It depends on the areas you had liposuction on. We don't recommend any massage on the abdomen after a tummy tuck to avoid tearing up any of the stitches.

Some doctors say to do lymphatic massages starting 24 hours after your liposuction/BBL and some doctors say do not massage the butt at all because it can cause fat necrosis. Then there are doctors who say massage only the abdominals and the back but never the butt. Dr. what do you say about lymphatic massages after your surgery. If yes to massage, how soon do you start and should you do the butt or not?

Hey Roxy. The newly placed fat/fat cells should never be touched during a MLD massage and only the lipo areas and surrounding. Best to take direction from your doctor on when they suggest starting massages as it varies on doctor and procedure.

For the love of Merriam Webster!! A faja is a girdle. Full stop. A made to measure compression garment. A shaping garment properly designed to suit your body. Why? Why? Why? rename a product that already has a name in proper English. Having said that, no doubt the information you provide here is valuable and very, very useful. Congratulations on the clear explanation. The truth is that the proper post-surgery girdle is critical and I believe it is the difference between the results from the past and the new 360 type lipo. The female doctor said if they suffer from hip dips. There is no such thing as suffering from hip dips! Hip dips show athleticism, muscular definition and how lean an individual is. Hip dips are beautiful and should be looked at as positive body feature and not negative. I would never try to get rid of my hip dips. I work too hard on these glutes and building muscle.
