Thanks for the video. I've been using Torque Pro for years with my car and needed to use it to troubleshoot a no-start issue on my 2001 E350 7.3. Used your video to add PIDs and found HPOP is 289. Problem identified!

I've been using Torque Pro for a decade! I use it in my 2012 F150 but just got a 2006 F250 with SCT installed in the OBD2 port. I want to switch to Torque Pro but the previous owner used the SCT to flash the FICM, or whatever it flashes, in order to jump between performance mode or tow haul mode. I want that ability with Torque Pro. It's a cleaner look when installed on a dedicated tablet.

That would be a great feature but the Torque Pro app is only a reader, not a tuner. It can scan and clear diagnostic trouble codes, but cannot reprogram. If you are using something like an X4 on your Super Duty, SCT offers a Livewire TS+ to monitor and tune with one device.

@@McCallieOrchestra I Googled SCT X4 and it looks like the device installed by the previous owner. My LBZ buddy said he can swap tunes on the fly. Is this what SCT Livewire TS+ offers?

Nice video. I'm going to try this. I have a 2018 F150 3.5L, is there a certain PID I can look at to see which cam phaser is going bad. I'm experiencing loud cold start and when cold I can hear the phaser spin when driving.

There is. The question is, is it available on torque pro. I haven't ever connected to a Ecoboost before. You would want cam position for all 4 cams. I'll see if there are custom PIDs as well. I have a Custom PIDs video coming out for the hybrid. After that the powerstroke, then if I find anything the Ecoboost.

Depends on the year of the vehicle. Newer vehicles may have a PID in the PCM that keeps track of mileage. The older stuff like my 7.3 it only keeps that in the cluster. Those trucks only talk to the PCM and IDM so there won't be a PID

Unfortunately I don't know. Mainly deal with Ford Diesel's or Ford hybrids.

Did you check the settings in torque pro? You may need to choose the correct adapter

No. You will need the computer version of Forscan or go to the dealership. I do have a video on how to set up Forscan on the computer.

@@andreferebee8494 You're welcome there's a good chance that it's going into regen and it's just performing a passive regen. If you use your truck in a way that keeps the exhaust hot it will continue to Regen passively. Highly recommend to read a out it in the owner's and in the coffee table books. You can download the coffee table books by Googling Ford coffee table books. Powerstroke tech talk with Arod also has a video on Regen. If I recall the thumb nail has a 650/750 with flames coming out of the exhaust
