One of the cables was touching the wheel and making noise. Also you should use shifter to change gears and your tire pressure was low.

It works without the key in it. You have to be in at least power assist #1 for the throttle to work however.

Way less to put together with the LectrixXP2.0 You can also upgrade to an extended range battery. Top speed 28 MPH. If you set it to type 3 fro type 2 in the instructions.

I think you have a lot of shortcuts in your presentation, starting with unboxing and so casually describing the parts and tools/accessories. Before test riding how about discussing the features like torque sensor, hydraulic brakes, suspension, testing head and tail lights? How and when to use PAS/gear shift or combination.
