I also have some vibration. When i did alignment on my steer mechanic told me that front left steer tire is out of round and this tires don’t even have 50k on then, it’s a Yokohama. I never ever have luck with this tires beside michelin. Last time i drove michelin i did almost 140k and i thought it was time to replace them . Im getting micheling soon for steer lil extra monet but also extra miles.

Adjust the ride height at the leveling valve approx 2 3/4 top of bump stop to bracket

Yep, I had issues of the truck hitting bumps very hard, turned out the leveling valve was at 4 inches from bumpstop to top of the ubolt. Slacked the 7/16 nuts on the leveling valve and adjusted to 2 1/2 inches and it rides smooth as ever.

Дмитрий здравствуйте. Трясет трак при пустом трейлере на 60-65 милях, отцепляю трейлер вибриции нет, удлиннил шток на 1 см, проблема не ушла. Скажите пожалуйста, могу ли подьехать в ваш шап , что бы вы посмотрели в чем проблема. Freightliner cascadia 2019. Спасибо.

Ive been having this issue for a lil bit.. I can actually hear a clunking noise when heavy and hit a pothole.. I didnt know what it was but I think it's definately that.. the height of the leveling valve it's too low also gotta a Goodyear tire in the front out of round for sure, cuz its causing front end vibration..I know it's the goodyear cuz its actually eating up the outer side of the of it.. thank you for the advise

I am having vibration in seat and cabin also that piece leverer that goes from top of rod to the valve is not sitting in level, it’s lining to the ground about 3/4 of an inch. Does that pice has to be in level and could that make vibration? I am so frustrated with those vibrations, it’s so uncomfortable to spend 8 or more hours like that. if you feel vibration empty and loaded then it is not because of rod.

Здравствуйте Дмитрий. У меня тоже такая проблема. С 30-35 тоже есть вибрация, но на руле не ощущается. А с 45-55 точно такая же ситуация. И начиная с 70 shaking, внутри трака тоже все трясётся. Но это непостоянно. С грузом 25000 в данный момент совершенно нет этого. Поменял kingpin, поставил новые мешлен шины, сделал балансировку, alignment, но ситуация прежняя.

Uslar Raxmanov очень легко и дёшево лечится, нужно раму чуть отпустить, то есть чтобы подушки задние чуть отпустились. Уровень штока нужно поменять - в твоём случае уменьшить. Там этот шток с двух сторон резиновые наконечники, хамутами держится, ослабь хамут и насоди резинку глубже. С двух сторон. И все.

If it vibrating when loaded it is mean frame goes to low - you need to rase it little bit by expanding rod. Good luck. 👍

The frame stays in the same height even if it's loaded or not. That's what leveling valve does. So the driveshafts will stay in the same position anytime. Driveshafts are balanced and they can be used in any position without having any vibration. Vibration can occur out of increased bearings play or something else. Replacing thar rod it doesn't change anything. Shortening or make it longer it will change the position of the frame and of course the driveshaft too.

Avantti LLC не надо склоняться))) это точно уровень leveling rot, проверено на 10 траках, объяснение - это физика, есть хорошее видео на ютюбе, когда частота вибрации совпадает с ещё одним вибрирующим агрегатом на траке, тогда она увеличивается и проявляется.

My cascadia, new yoke new ujoint original driveshaft balanced, all new drive tires, alignment service done yesterday and yet this 2020 Freightliner vibrates very bad only when pressing the pedal half way and going 25-45mph. Any thoughts what it could be? (The vibration started after i dropped off empty trailer.)

@@koollee no. Matter of fact I think it has to do with regen process. Because everything my truck ran a regen at highway speeds it would run smooth again.

Дима, ответь по возможности, у меня именно такая вибрацию. Уже и колёса по кругу поменял и кардан 2 раза балансировка. И подушки менял на движке (это помогло на 2 недели). Столько денег коту под хвост. Cascadia 2016.

Стоит поиграть с длинной этого штока, ели тряска только без трейлера, значит надо шток укоротить, если трясения гружёный значит надо шток увеличить. Увеличение или уменьшение длины штока, поднимет или опускает раму вверх или вниз, что в свою очередь меняет угол карданов.

U joints.. if not vibrating when you have pressure (pulling/decelerating) but when you let off, or accelerate, it’s u joints

@@Plowguitarist my ujoints were replaced i have new yoke and the driveshaft was balanced by the dealer and they said it fixed the problem. But now after driving for 2 days vibration is strong only when I accelerate with slight foot pressure between 25-45 mph. I cannot feel any vibration when the foot is off the pedal. I have a cascadia dt12 auto trans.

Leveling rod должен стоять вертикально, так как он регулирует высоту рамы относительно мостов. Leveling arm может стоять 90 гр или +-

It’s about how much air are in the air springs ( bags) . If the bags are too empty the frame it’s too low . In my case the bags were too inflated so I need to cut the rod about a inche 1/2 . I think the bags has to be 3/4 full of air .

14575552dgtrt если стоит родной, то его регулировать практический не возможно, тот который на видео модно купить в любом магазине тракпартс. Если бобтейлом не трясёт значит надо расстояние увеличить между креплениями ( раздвинуть )

I've replaced the leveling rod, and both torque rods, but my truck still vibrating. Also replaced the carrier bearing, 2 new steer tires balanced, front brakes and drums, new shocks all the way around, both kingpins, both front leaf springs and spacers, several alignments, etc. Stupid truck STILL VIBRATING. Any other ideas as to why?

CROWN ROYAL you need to adjust the hight of you leveling rod, not change it, play with it and it will fix your problem.

@@Livefree902 one of my steer tires had major lateral runout. Got wit Goodyear and they replaced the problem tire. Problem solved. Check out of round conditions on your tires..
