I’m sorry you haven’t been feeling good. I’m retired now, but I used to get bronchitis several times a year when I worked as an accountant for a large office. I was on the phone a lot and it was miserable while having bronchitis and the week or two after I was recovering. What I used to do that helped me a lot was to drink seltzer water. Either club soda or any of the slightly flavored carbonated water available these days. It kept me hydrated and it sure helped that scratchy tickle just when trying to talk to someone. You may already know about the water, but just in case you didn’t. This was a great video. I enjoyed every minute of it. Feel better soon. Take care of yourself!

Thanks so much Cheryl! I drink seltzer on the regular so I’ve never really paid attention to its benefits for bronchitis… thank you so much for the idea! I work from home fortunately but I do have to talk a lot and you’re right it’s totally miserable lol. Glad it seems to be behind me and behind you too!! 🩵🩵
