Cheers Derek, that would be an amazing experience to sail across from NI. ⛵

Wish i was fitter to do what you do and experience those spectacular views , did nevis and snowdon in my 20s , and did ben lomond last year - was sore for 3 or 4 days afterwards! Anyways keep it up great video as usual mate 👍🏕

Cheers Ally, I was in my mid 20s when I got into hiking. I'd be sore for 3-4 days too. Getting like that now I'm hitting 40 this year. 😆

Quick question dude, where did you get your red plastic handle covers for your mug?? I keep burning my hands and they would be ideal!!! great video, always love doing that route and Torridon is one of my fav places to walk.
@WalkWithWallace3 жыл бұрын
Cheers Gavin, I'm back up in Torridon in October, can't wait. 😁 I got the rubber tubes for the handles from Speedster Stoves, add a little washing up liquid to the handles, so they slide on much easier: speedsterstoves.co.uk/pot-rests/pot-handle-insulation.html

Beinn Dearg Is a fantastic hill, never seen any one up there! Shame its a great hill. But as its not a munro most people will not even look at it.....oh well
@WalkWithWallace3 жыл бұрын
It's an absolute peach Scott, with it being a bit deeper in than the Munros, it has more drama to gaup at. Will the Corbetts ever catch on? 🤔

See after a night staying at the top of a munro, Sat into Sun, I need to take Monday off to recover. How do you feel out of curiosity? Great content as usual. Keep it up, but I'd reject your offer of £1k!
@WalkWithWallace3 жыл бұрын
Cheers Monty. I know what you mean mate, I don't always take Monday off as it would destroy my annual leave. But I do feel jaded on the Monday. The drive is the biggest killer!

@@WalkWithWallace Totally agree. I refuse to drive straight back after a hillwalk from anywhere north of Fort William these days. The after effects are worse than a bad hangover!
