Really good video! Just a quick note - you point out that it is a strict liability tort and that there is no need for the damage to be foreseeable. However, in Cambridge Water Co. v Eastern Counties Leather, did they not say that damage should be assessed as per private nuisance and the Wagon Mound test, therefore that it should be reasonably foreseeable?

it WAS a strict liability offence but it is not one anymore due to it being subject to the test of reasonable foreseeability in Cambridge Water
