i did this routine 1) extension 20 reps 2) leg press not (hack s) 20 reps 3) BB squat 15 reps 7 sets not rest between sets. next 5 mnts of rest 1) lunges + front smith m squats 20 reps of 5 sets. then I'm dead 🤮

True. Got a lot of patients coming in the hospital hours after their training. kidney damaged, CK-MB way too elevated.

@@kiannea5608 Damn. Yeah, with all the extra protein we eat, and other things we do that tax the kidneys, enough is enough. They can't handle all those muscle breakdown products. Thanks for the shoutout, I think this is very important for people to understand, and Milos is not highlighting it at all, which is a little irresponsible. I don't want him in trouble as he is a legend, and I like him, but still.
