Attached to rituals to detach from thoughts. Beautiful, lifeless, inspiring, dull.

I will in the future become a Zen monk, within the Soto Zen Tradition. I have some worldly things to attend and finish, than after that I will dedicate the rest of my life to Meditation and the Mind. Self mastery.

best the new year celebration, when all the good wishes could fly out of the scripts. it is not as easy, it is told to wake. in my zazen lots of past traumatas overhelmed me and it had no end to years. nobody could help by this prozess. at least after 20 year practice i saw, that this kind of sitting quite was not, what helped. So i quite.

Do you know the reasons why mankind is suffering from what they are seeding from mind, mouth, body actions, thinking, speaking, eating...? 1. Mankind seeing the law of karma the nature law of everything, everyone 2. All impermanent 3. All form and reform, birth and death, born and die...no Ego, no self 4. How can mankind create the world without weapons, nuclear bomb, missiles, no wars, bo fighting, only love, compassion, understanding each other? 5. With the wisdom, conpassion, we respect each others, mother, father, brother, human being no suffering, like USA love north korean, love Russia, no Nato, no fighting, no wars, no hate, no sadness, no ill -being 5. Buddha had teaching us the 4 Noble Truths: + Life is suffering from what we are seeding from mind, body and mouth such as negative thinkings, anger, hates, sadness, disappointed, intentions, speechs, drinking, eating, acting..= results we have to harvest any moments. + Hope but it is not come true so we disappointed and sadness suffering. + Love but lover never come suffering + We have lover, father, mother but all died suffering. + All cars, house, company disappear by wars, by time suffering + Aging suffering, old and older can not walk, can not drive, can not move suffering + Sickness, ill-being suffering + Dieing, dies is suffering 7. The root causes suffering is ignorance lead you to desires, wanting, anger, hate, sadness, ill - beings and die soon 8. Method of stop suffering: + Keep your mindfulness, peacefully living in any case, every scense form and reform naturaly. 9. Eightfold Noble Path to get out of suffering: + Right view + Right intention, thinking + Right speech + Right livelihood + Right actions: mind, mouth, body peacefully living with kindness, awereness like nature. + Right mindfulness in any moments + Right meditation + Right concentration and wisdom to witness the truth of nature impermanent, no ego, no self, no God, no jesus, no Allah...no ghost...all form and reform, birth and death, born and die, transforming non stop of the nature

Friend, there are many paths to the top of the mountain. Each individual must find their own path. Teachers are invaluable, but they only point the way. They need not be perfect, and at some point, one must kill the Buddha.

seems way too ritualistic, LIKE THEY'RE LOST AND STUCK IN THESE RITUALS and might be forgetting the essence, even when the narrator voice recited at the beggining , it sounded dull boring lifeless , like a stupid robot..

There are thousands of methods to awakening, all are in the end the one Dharma. This is why supposing and trying to read the thoughts of other beings is a useless exercise. The mind can live, and currently lives, billions of lives in this universe. The mind can be in almost innumable states and compositions. we try to quantify it with personality types, cultures, languages, gender, sexuality, race, species etc. But the fact that Dharma exists for them, as it does for you, is enough. How they achieve nibbana is "their" dharma. For you, its "yours".
