That's not just the Kaer Morhen theme; that's the main theme for the entire game. It's the main melody of Geralt of Rivia as well, and little variations on and references to it pop up in a lot of the other pieces.

I love this version of Toss a coin to your witcher and i like that its not just as hard to play as it can get because for me that sounds worse and i dont like if people just play to impress others with fast fingers. This is in my oppinion by far the best piano cover/version keep up the great work!
