Love these short bursts! I am 8 months pregnant and working a full-time desk job and these little bursts of movement really get me through the day. They give me energy and keep my aches and pains at bay. Thank you!

Did this sequence a lot at the beginning of my fitness journey. it used to feel like a lot more like a workout, these days it actually feels like a warmup. Thank you. These movements feel great in the morning, gets the HR up and whole body feeling activated!

That was a great energy boost for an originally planned rest day. It was just enough movement to make me feel refreshed, but not so much that it hijacked my much needed rest. Thank you, Fitness Blender! I think this will be a good warm-up before a longer workout in the future, as well.

This was perfect. I've been wanting to get back to an exercise routine but have let fears/doubts/laziness/poor time management constantly derail my intentions. No adequate excuse not to do this one! Workout Complete 😊 and if I can do this, I can (soon) do more...

Thank you for this. I'm just getting started with feeling comfortable moving around again and focusing on my physical fitness. This was a great little confidence boost - enough to get the heart pumping but not enough to have me feeling overwhelmed.
