Thank you Furthermore, this is so great. I belong to a ladies gym and I showed this to my trainer and a couple others and they basically ran~!! Now with this tutorial, having some Iyengar yoga background I may be able to work on this, I will give it a go. Your work at Furthermore is great. The only problem, I want more!!
