Bouncing like that puts you in extreme danger of over extending your tendons and tearing them, I think you totally made this work out scheme up yourself with zero formal training on your part. Anyone out of shape with extra weight trying this will be in real danger.

I have to agree. It should be made clear that this is an advanced workout.
