I do not have the option to add the bar/weights on the glide bench. What would you recommend to add weights while doing these exercises?

My question to you is I know you had your hips replaced I just had mine replaced one in September and one the end of February when is a good time to start using my total gym again thank you

I was gentle on my lower body for quite awhile- I focused more on my upper body exercises after surgery
