Love this affordable house. Good to feature some homes that us ordinary people can aspire to or get ideas from that are achievable. I love the hidden office in the spare room and presumably it can double up as a guest room if that is a sofa bed, so multipurpose. Love the d.i.y seating in the garden too which can double up as sun loungers when sunbathing. Great house!

Great transformation from what it was. But, I hate the dark blue walls. Makes the small space look darker and smaller.

And, i want to see the owners!! Pls!! A charismatic house must be accompanied by a charismatic owner haha! I noticed a few of ur videos had owners interviewed, not all of videos did so. It doesnt have to be a lengthy interview about every part of the house, it can be just a bit of life style shoot or things they enjoy doing eveyday, with a bit of talk about themselves and what makes them have a house like as it is. It would be more interesting i guess. Otherwise, it looks a bit like a sales representative going thru house after house (dont get me wrong, u are doing a great job and it s great to watch you doing the talk solo, thats how i started enjoying watching ur channel), just a thought outside the box or from a different perspective :)

I like country magazine, ur channel reminds me of the magazine. Lots of beautiful farm houses - vintage, rustic etc... Can u do videos of stylish or cute country cafes or shops? Like ur new contents worth exploring? I like small houses or tiny houses, big ones are equally nice for eyes no doubt, but i guess small ish ones or medium sized ones are more inspiring to many viewers as in how they can jazz up or redecorate their own. Just a thought.

Does anyone know what happened to the original videos of this renovation job? Can’t find it anywhere on KZbin.
@Huntingforgeorge4 жыл бұрын
Bunnings turned it into a TV show! More info here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJCqoaCcfN6liqc I think they will re-launch it on KZbin when it is finished!

Does that cost include all the labor cost of anyone involved in the project or just the material and furniture?
@julietviney6194 Жыл бұрын
Apparently, yes. She said it included essential trades (plumbing, electrical etc.) but there was some DIY.

The formula was broken in this presentation...left me wondering for 5 minutes what on earth did they need to make over...looks great and polished. Then they showed the before...should be the other way around hence the very common phrase...BEFORE and AFTER

How did the bathroom grow buy a around 1.2m an suddenly have a window. Doesnt even make sense for there to be an old hallway there to be extended into? Structural renovation to a bathroom and the whole house for 35k ?? Hmmmm....

Looks like most of the money spent on decorations,not on renovation, I prefer less furniture and decorations as the house is very small, and cheap decorations will be dated soon. If they spent money to remove the wall between kitchen and lounge , study, it will transform the house totally.

You haven’t told us how they did it up for $35k, isn’t that the point of the title. You just keep mentioning how much you like it? I’m confused. You like the photo wall and then don’t show it to us?? So much potential but I’m totally disappointed.
