It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there, admitting that you want and need to do better. For yourself and your family. I recently started watching a video, and podcast called Clutterbug, I hope that’s right! Her name is Cass and she has ADHD. She admits that she was a slob, before she decided that it was her job to get her house clean and organized, no one was going to do it for her. She is very informative and funny! I love watching her channel, she has taught. Me so much, and, I’m 80 years old! I hope you will give her channel a try, and enjoy her as much as I have. So proud that you are doing your best and trying so hard!! Good luck to you and your channel!!😊😊

I can tell you put a lot of effort into this video! I have been minimizing since 2019 and I remember being in a similar spot when I first started because I realized we had four bottles of ketchup just because our pantry was such a mess and I hadn't really designated a spot for them, so they were scattered all around different shelves. No judgement at all about the donations. I get similarly overwhelmed by a perfectionist tendency to want them to go to exactly the right place. One thing that has been helpful is that now when I clean out our pantry I just post in our local Buy Nothing Group on Facebook that I'm doing a pantry cleanout and have a few bags of food available on our porch for whoever wants to pick it up. It always gets taken and I don't have to worry about adding an extra chore to my schedule.
