That’s how you drive a b10m! Reminds me so much of going to school every day on these.

It’s a great sounding coach. It looks like hard work to drive a B10M on those narrow country roads and villages. Nice video thanks for letting us come along on the trip.

This reminds me of my travel through europe 15 years ago with contiki on jonchere bodied b12 coach. I have travelled on b10m coaches in NZ throughout 1990s. .. Volvo and leyland/aec are definite leaders in the bus industry Nice sound and comforts and a good manual transmission with the six speed splitter box.

I think this engine sounds better with a manual gearbox. There are "few" cars parked in the internal route hahaha. Grat video of a great engine sound. Greetings from Chile.

Good old beastly Volvo's, best Volvo I've probably ever traveled on would be a beastly 1995 B10M with Van Hool T8 bodywork, what a beast it was, it'd beat cars off the line haha :)

What a find :-). Did lots and lots of Ks on these Jonckheere and Van Hool B10Ms all over Europe and further afield and still the best sounding engines of all times. Does it have the usual splitter box but not using it or is it without one? Hope you will be able to keep this beauty on the road and 'Please post more....' Cheers!!

Here in Brazil we had Volvo B10M until the end of 2003 and only in Euro 2 emission standards, since Brazil only started to follow Euro 3 standards in 2006. In Europe, did Volvo B10M manufacture under Euro 3 standards? If so, do you have a video link to see about the B10M Euro 3?
