literally this. I love how it ties all trailers into a narrative. and yes it is simple but memorable and I love how it sounds great with all instruments, each representing theme/character, like cello for Dong Zhuo (well since he is a big dong) and choir for Liu Bei, "hero of the people".

作為一個三國迷看見這預告片，感到莫名的興奮！無論是音樂和畫面都很具逼力！七步詩配合更是一絕！而最令我驚喜就是Total War選擇講八王之亂，因為這是沒有劉關張，沒有曹操，沒有大人物因此是沒人感興趣的時代，竟首次被搬上大媒體！而當人們認為司馬家是勝利者，統一天下就是故事終結，原來其實晉朝卻是失敗者！它為歷史迎來更黑暗的300年！像是點出三國以亂開始，以更亂結束，最後每個都沒贏！這題材值得玩味！ As a fan of the Three Kingdoms, I was inexplicably excited to see this trailer! Both the soundtrack and the picture are perfect! The lyrics are amazing, and the most pleasant surprise to me is that Total War chose to tell this neglected story of the Eight Princes. When people think that the Jin Dynasty is the winner, unifying the world is the end, but It turns out that the Jin Dynasty is the loser! It ushered in next darker 300 years for history! The Three Kingdoms actually started with chaos and ended with chaos. This subject is very philosophical!

I love the songs but hate how they cut out the every end where it reveals the titles. It’s all this epic buildup that just dies out at the end, though they are still spectacular regardless!

It is particular disappointing for the launch trailer, Cao Cao's theme, 8 princes, and mandate of heaven, where it builds to a big drop only to NOT drop it.
