I think Tehe probably attacked because the ai could see your army but not your garrison. The garrison wouldn't be calculated for the battle as a factor so it likely looked much more favorable than it was.

Here I am watching the second episode to see if you sailed the Undercity hero the wrong way. And you did, but everyone plays there own way. The two sea lane to the west would’ve been faster as long as you use both plus you would’ve met Ku’gath earlier. Keep it up!
