You're Nurgle so recruitment health just means how much health your units start with when you recruit them mate. If the base is 30% on a 100 man unit you will basically start with 30 dudes when recruited (so you can figure out what a extra 5% does). 😁 Need more toad dragons for nose picking action.

Ranged units have calibration distances. So the noxbringer, if firing at its maximum distance will have significantly lower accuracy than normal.

Recruitment health is the starting health for any units Nurgle recruits, since his units do not start at full hp when recruited. In case this isn't figured out before this episode is over XD.

Yeah the faction you're at war with is the one Zhao Ming is supposed to destroy. That's a common problem with Cathay factions and why their LLs sometimes fail to expand fast enough I think. They make friends with the factions they are meant to expand into and then become too weak to deal with threats like Lokhir and Snicktch

That Cathay faction is the one you declared war on. They have more than one settlement. I'm still as confused as you are on how they are still alive and not at war with the major Cathay factions.
