As long as someone is speaking civilly, from a place of sincerity, understanding, and cooperation, and aren't speaking from a place of hate and opportunism they shouldn't be cancelled. Good for you. Someone has to address the elephant in the room, or at least the stuff the elephant left behind. I didn't like last week. I still don't. But it's done and our government depends on everyone following the Constitution. That's life.

I have loved to follow you since you started, and I have appreciated the way you have managed your channel and kept unnecessary stuff out of it. You spoke up today, and I respect you for that and you made really good points. Some things needs to be said sometimes. At the end of the day, we are all humans and should treat eachother with respect. Keep being you my friend!🥰

Thank you for this important and entertaining video. It was so long that it followed me today in the morning, in the car to work, during lunch when I picked up food, and then the end in the car going home from work. This was just great to listen to. So many good points and a lot of common sense. 💕🌹

You are great not only when you comment and explain Elestebariosibetiano's performance on drums, but also on world's matters. You made me watch your 57 min. video on an "American" subject. But eventually it is something that involves all of us. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, points an analysis. I'm from Athens, Greece.

Thank you so much for this. As a mom to both a trans child and a bi child, I've been feeling pretty devastated by this last week. Your video has given me courage to not give up quite yet and keep fighting. Be kind and love each other - sometimes It's hard to remember that when we're bombarded by the "us vs. them " mentality every day. Thanks for your service and your encouragement!❤

All I can say man is PREACH brother. I am in the same boat as Jesus was, judge not lest we be judged and love thy neighbor. The good book never said to love thy neighbor unless they are different in any way at all. I also get angry like Jesus did when people was false prophets meaning claiming to be Christian but not living the way the good book states. If they truly believe in the Christian way, then they would be more understanding. Using God's name in what your beliefs are rather than his intended way is something they will all have to answer for when they meet their maker.

Just finished listening. Wise words! It’s a sad state of affairs when people put politics so high up in their lives that they cannot speak to someone who has a different opinion and leads to estranged families. On KZbin it seems to be all about point scoring and “destroying” the person with different views. It’s fine to disagree! Just do so out of respect and not out of hate.

I admire and respect you for speaking out on these matters, especially in a time that has many people looking on what is happening with great concern. As a parent of a gay child, it hurts me if my daughter is met with hate because of how she wants to live her life, in the same freedom as anybody else. Or other members of my extended family for living according to their nature. ❤🥰

People generally don’t care about what others want to do, but there have been cases where people regretted their operations and it ended up ruining their lives. With something that’s so life changing, such a decision needs to be taken with great care without being “encouraged” to do so. Aside from that you have the sports situation to consider where people who have switched are competing against people who were born female. I won’t say anymore as this is a touchy subject for a lot of people but just wanted to touch on the complications. Generally speaking though as long as it doesn’t encroach on people lives, and forces them to have to change their language then live and let live.

Unfortunately, the constitution can be changed, and this may the one time in history where both the will, and ability, to change it away from democracy, may be possible.
@itsRiske11

Constitution changes requires the states themselves to ratify, so hopefully there are enough level headed people who would stop that from happening.

@ Is that not only changes to senate representation, where states essentially have a veto?

@@itsRiske11 “The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention.”

What type of change, if I may ask?
@northof4912
@northof4912 11 күн бұрын
@@luc.espargita Well, for example, the twenty second amendment, Presidential Term Limits, limits a president to two terms. This amendment was brought in after FDR served 4 consecutive terms. Conversely, this term limit could be amended or even repealed. That, to me, begs the question as to whether the term length could be amended, to a longer period. Or worse case, that the term becomes permanent - essentially eliminating elections. Whether there are safeguards against this, I don’t know. But, when was the last time one party controlled the presidency, the house, the senate and had a Supreme Court that is essentially a lapdog of the party controlling the other two branches?

Good. Never good talking about politics as someone will be offended. When it comes to music it doesn’t matter if you are dem or republican. Music is music and let’s keep it that way. Also not a fan of artists trying to get people to vote the same way as them. People on both sides will enjoy their music so don’t try and demonise the portion of your fan base that loves your music but doesn’t share your political opinion.

U.S. Army 1995-2022. Cheers my sisters and brothers. Love your channel brother! I WISH so badly that we could ACTUALLY learn from history……and NOT repeat the same mistakes. I had an SF, Ranger, Halo, everyfuckingbadgeonearth giant Rambo square jawed white guy that absolutely hated us and wanted to go back to Group, a fat ass white guy (that could somehow do flutter kicks perpetually) and a short, skinny Puerto Rican guy that always told us “tomorrow’s forecast calls for PAIN” at Benning as my Drill Sergeants 😂 Great times
