Toonforce Tom's first and probably only mistake was playing the villain. Toon force characters are almost an act of Karma, whatever's funny they can do and if it's retribution for something done against them they're basically gods, because most of their acts of reality bending cruelty done to an asshole come off as funny. But the second they become the asshole and it becomes more satisfying for them to be the butt of the joke, they'll lose out. Even to the point of their own toon force working against them to make their own defeat funnier. Just look at Daffy Duck.

I actually find it funny on how people seem to forget that mr Satan has the power leve of *85 without ki control training* he may not be on the kid Goku levels of power but he is extremely powerful for a human without ki control. same with yamcha he isn’t “weak” he had bad match ups against most of his opponents and didn’t poses the natural potential for rapid growth in power level other more popular caracters had such as kirlyn piccolo, Gohan,Goku,vegeta.
