🙌 great podcast! Can we ask Toto to write a book? Feel like his 'leadership with intent' is an entire chapter on its own!

It's overdue. I expected him to have released one as far back as 2021 after they won the 7th championship really.

Thank you so much for this podcast. Bringing Susie & Toto as one of the first guests in your podcast is amazing. I am just in the 10th minute here, but it already gives me goosebumps. My wife and I are passionate about the story and work that these personalities have been able to create. Wish you the best possible journey with your channel!

This was a brilliant interview and gave a great insight into the mindset of a performance couple. A great podcast. My one big opinion difference from this group and it may not be popular, but its around female drivers in F1. IMO, I’d love to see women in F1, but in a similar way to how women are involved other sports. Create a female F1 drivers and Team Championship. Just like Tennis, Football, Boxing etc… Let the best women in the world race and compete against each other. They race on the same tracks, have the same race calendar, go up against the same or similar teams but its the best women in the world against each other. It gives much more opportunities to female drivers and keeps the aim and magic that is currently W series.

I'd watch that and agree with you completely, Look up Michele Mouton, one of the best female drivers ever , forget gender, she was pure class and this was when they were racing class B rally cars, the damn scariest racing ever invented ! Have a great night 8)

You need to be a micro-manager to run a successful company or be a high performer. It depends what you micro-manage that will determine whether you are an excellent performer or not.

The way Mr.s Wolff stares at her husband shows a deep sense of admiration. The same cannot be said of the hosts. Toto's response to the subject of diversity is a powerful one. Having a female f1 driver for the sake of having a female in the sport is pointless and will undoubtedly hurt women long term. If you want to be the best one must compete with the best. Unfortunately, the thought of men being superior at certain things than women is currently heresy. I pray for the future generations.

No it is not, he is referring to the horses/ponies of Tyrolean Mountains. In 1874, a colt named Folie was born. Folie was by a half-Arabian stallion and out of one of the native mountain mares, and this is the foundation stallion of the breed. Haflingers are around 13.2 and 15 hands and are considered as being one of the most beautiful breed of horses along with the Friesian.

My parents and grandparents had a saying. "Let the cream rise to the top". That means. Talent and skill first. "Diversity" (may be the dumbest human construct) is just anti Darwinism. Those that are the best. Will rise. Colour, creed, gender, sexual orientaion do not matter. Read the Canadian Bill of Human Rights. I may be old, but I agree with it. Entirely.
